doolittle, was your hair cut by the Singaporeans? Greg was there in the '70s to have his Visa renewed for Thailand(?) and I don't remember hearing that his hair was cut or that it even came up. Though he usually had quite long hair, maybe it wasn't long enough to be a threat to them? I wonder if he'd cut it before he went?

My first and only trip to
My first and only trip to Mexico in 1972 - I had hair down my back and had heard rumors that they might not let me in or would otherwise discriminate against me. I grabbed a pair of scissors and left that hair on the floor of a Texarkana truck stop men's room.
Got in to Mexico and haven't cut it since, except for the occasional trim.
