Sirhan Sirhan Is Up For Parole Today

Bobby Kennedy's convicted assassin, Sirhan Sirhan, goes before the parole board today in L.A.  Unlike his other parole hearings, the L.A. prosecutor's office will not take part in the proceedings, leaving the matter wholly to the parole board to decide.

Meanwhile, legendary drummer Jim Gordon, remains incarcerated for the murder of his mother in 1983 while in the midst of a psychotic episode resulting from undiagnosed schizophrenia.  His sentence expired in 1999, but he has been deemed a threat if released, and has never even attended one of his parole hearings.

I'm okay with Sirhan Sirhan remaining in jail for life, but I'd like to see Gordon, under proper supervision, allowed to go free.  Hard to imagine a worse sentence than realizing you had killed your own mother once you have come to your senses.

A friend of mine was murdered in January 2020 by his grandson who went off his meds for a few days. He too, now has to live with that, while he sits in state prison.

Family couldn't find him (they were looking), he showed up at Grandpa's about 5 or 6 AM or so, broke in, stabbed him, left and got lighter fluid and came back and torched the place and Grandpa. Firemen found the body and discovered stab wounds. He was arrested by nightfall (neighborhood cameras).

His mom (Grandpa's daughter) died by suicide 6 or 7 years previous and Grandpa was always was there for him. Sad, sad story. The whole family is destroyed by the events. Grandma and aunt are still in the bottle, and can't find their way out. They are advocating for the mentally-ill grandson. Sad it was alcoholism that caused the suicide years ago. Lesson not learned.

Please don't off yourself. It not just about you sometimes.

Since I watched a documentary on the History Channel 10-15 years ago, I have serious issues with this case. I wish I had recorded it. All kinds of info is out on how bad the LAPD fucked up. Much larger forces at work in both the Kennedy assassinations. Oswald alone ? Sirhan alone ??  Riiiiiiiiiiight.  This much is known --

First, Kennedy was shot from behind at point-blank range, according to the autopsy report. The fatal shot entered behind his right ear, the report said. But witnesses say that Sirhan approached from the front, on Kennedy’s right, and that his gun never got closer than about a foot-and-a-half away.

Second, according to the official reports, eight total shots were fired. Kennedy was hit three times and five others were also shot. After all, Sirhan’s .22-caliber revolver carried a maximum of just eight bullets. And yet, there’s evidence that suggests more than eight shots were fired.

According to the FBI’s crime scene report, there were four bullet holes in the wall and door frame in the direction Sirhan was shooting. Photos of the door frame, which were reportedly destroyed after the trial, showed each of the holes circled by Los Angeles police.

Additionally, a low-quality audiotape of the shooting revealed up to 13 shots, according to electrical engineer Philip Van Praag.

“You can’t fire 13 shots out of an eight-shot gun,” RFK Jr. told the Post.

Hellloooooooooo !!!!

This article is from 2018, but the gist of it's been common knowledge for decades.

Bobby Kennedy's son thinks he was killed by a second shooter. Is there anything to it?

Yeah. The CIA dude behind him killed him.

Jack Kennedy

Bobby Kennedy

Twin Towers.

Covid.

One of these things is not like the others.  (We use to eat acid and watch Sesame Street when it came on)

When I was a kid I used to thing that the Que Sera Sera was about Sirhan Sirhan and was confused.

At first, I thought the mother was using the daughter's full name, Kay Serah.  And stuttered.

He has been recommended for parole:

I read up on the conspiracy theories around the RFK assassination last night.  They appear to have been discredited.  RFK's two sons have both stated they do not oppose parole.  It's unsure if this is because they feel Sirhan is not the assassin or because they feel that 53 years served for his crime is enough.

he is likely a million years old anyway by now

now if we are talking john lennon's murderer

he should have fried in 1981

Mdc is safer where he is
