Not GMO garbage like that.  Buy organic.  You are what you eat.

I like chips that are not a pain in the ass.

Made mini quiches today w/ leftovers!  (Made spanakopita last week, had to use up the filo dough)

Sauteed onions, roasted red bell peppers, fresh herbs, with parmesan and sharp cheddar cheeses!

Plf, here are some other good snack options as well as nature inspired dryer sheets for preventing static cling and keeping your laundry smelling fresh.

Snyder's Honey Mustard Pretzel Bits

Pistachios

Noodler, I wish you were in my neighborhood. You're probably only an hour away, too far for curbside delivery. Maybe we can work something out? smiley

I agree, Turtle. Mark, it comes off like you're yelling. Maybe you could gently suggest a better, easy to find choice?

Tate's Bake Shop Signature Thin Crispy Cookies

The only thing about The Hamptons that impresses mesmiley.

> Tate's Bake Shop Signature Thin Crispy Cookies

They sell these in the little market in the town where I live in that's almost 3000 miles away from the Hamptons. They're almost as good as home made.

They're pretty awesome.  Right up there with these other ones out of NC.  Kate's or Katie's er sump'n'.

The Tate's gluten free double chocolate cookies are better than the regular ones. I have no idea how the hell they accomplished that, but they nailed it.

Nature Valley soft baked oatmeal squares stand no chance with me when the munchies hit.

Nibble all day long.

I'll assume you've never been to Buckley's In Between ? Great Irish pub in Hampton Bays. Lots of other good food on both forks if you know where to look

My son also home from college , just the opposite , he has been very helpful

around the house as I recoup from my heart attack , still eats like a demon but that's mostly mom's cooking vs campus food

Hey Ed, it's great to see you posting!

Hope you're on the mend and getting stronger.  Sounds like you've got a good kid there.

HA HA i need a good yelling once in awhile.

"I like chips that are not a pain in the ass."

You know you're supposed to put them in your mouth, right?

Hi Javs, I know now that at least 2 zones got that pita chip joke  :-)

> HA HA i need a good yelling once in awhile

Thanks for the laugh, Rob. I need a good yelling at every once in a while too.

Cheese and crackers - pepperoni and crackers - cottage cheese w/ herbs and crackers -  peanut butter and crackers.

Lots of crackers

Good ta See ya Mikee !! yes

Good to see you too. How's life by the beach these days?

Rob. Good for you. If it does not say NonGMO Certified, you know.....

Did not mean to yell.

How about wild caught smoked salmon (not lox, although that would be good too), organic cream cheese and whatever healthy organic cracker you prefer.

Or fresh organic avocado guac. With onions peppers citrus juice, Himalayan salt. Scoop with organic tortilla chips

It is really hard to find good organic chips(except tortilla). Sometimes I settle for non-GMO.

Organic nuts.

Hard boil an egg, mix with avocado.  Chips.

Pickled and or fermented veggies make good snacks.

I get tired of typing organic, so insert above where applicable.

So many tasty recommendations, Mark, thanks.
