I'm reading that the Sphere has a seated capacity of 17,600 and standing room space that holds up to 20,000 fans. When was the last time Phil played a room that size with his own band? Or did he ever?

It's possible people would come out of the woodwork to fill the venue, but I suspect he'd need support for any promoter to take this on. Co-bill with Wolf Bros is a logical choice; assuming D&C isn't in the works already.
(If only it were actually a sphere)
