I think you have mentioned camping near the venue in St. Augustine. I am going to see King Gizzard in November and would like to camp if possible. What is the name of the campground that is walking distance?
Just checked the park's website and it looks like every spot is booked for Nov. 20, which is not surprising. You might want to call and ask about cancelations. I heard that the park reserved a number of spots during the WSP and Billy Strings runs for concert goers, but if they did that for King Gizzard, I would imagine they would have already been given out by now. If you have an RV, you might want to check the Elks Lodge next door. It serves as overflow parking for the venue and they sometimes allow overnight RV camping.
Good luck and have fun. We will be seeing the Revivalists there (and probably the Experience Hendrix thing the next night) in October when we will be back in town to see the folks before heading over to the Suwanne for Hulaween.
Yes, and bring your fishing gear. There is both surfcasting in the ocean as well as fishing in nearby Salt Run.
I do have a unicycle but earlier this year I bought a onewheel. (I call it the magic skateboard). It is awesome. It is like snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing and you can do it uphill! I have yet to try it on the hard pack part of the beach.
