It was a great show! Patti Smith and Beck were unadvertised special guests. I had never seen Patti Smith and was impressed. She did Because the Night and later People Have the Power. The houseband was the Heartbreakers and Stills did I Won’t Back Down with them. Neil was Neil, of course. Jack Black did a good job as emcee, with help from Sarah Silverman, Jeff Garlin, and Christina Applegate.

Beck did a few songs but the only one I can remember now is 2 Turntables and a Microphone.

I was hoping he would do Pocahontas with Neil (as he did at a Bridge School concert once), but no luck there!
