A lot of people in Vegas did not get their tickets. They got refunded but no tickets. I would never travel and use that company. The fact that they don't make you transfer the tickets as soon as you sell them is ridiculous. I know it is supposed to cut down on you reselling the tickets for even more money, but in what world is assuming good intentions on the part of the ticket scalper considered a good business practice.

I just used stubhub and got incredible seats for show I traveled to - was able to download the tix a week before - I had a great experience

I only use it to check for last minute unsolds (before they go off sale) then just stub myself down into those seats.

Even when buyer said never
Even when buyer said never received tix, stub hub verified and 'indeed' got tix so I got paid. I've used several times to sell / buy never had serious issues. Poor folks that got ripped: S U C K S.

i got tickets from Stubhub
i got tickets from Stubhub for 5/18 early last week, before the Phish shows, and had them in hand on my phone the next day...no hassles.
For day of show i have used the Gametime app and scored great seats, hundreds less, at 430 PM, 2.5 hours before doors...
