Wow, what a lineup!

If staying in the Townpark campsite, this festival is just mindbendingly good. Certainly worth going even if you can't get a Townpark ticket, but just a different experience.

Thanks for posting this, Eddie. I saw it the other day and never got around to it. Hope everyone has a great time at the 50th!!!!  I think #25 may have been the last one I attended.

The Dusters relegated to Sunday morning? Are they doing the gospel set? Hmmmm. 11AM may come early after the party on Saturday night.

Emmylou with Watchouse is intriguing. No Sierra Hull? Hopefully she pops up here and there.

Happy listening all! Need to fish out my KOTO / GD shirt. Take off this "Lock Him Up" shirt.

A keep a thought for the lovely man John Wood, a generous and much-loved Zoner who passed at Telluride years ago while "Anawhacking" with Drew Emmitt and Vince Herman and others.

Looks like the weather in the mountains has been a real challenge. 50's for the highs and rain. Lows in the 30's... and rain. Downpour yesterday.

I'm sure the crowd is prepared, but I can't say I'm bummed to not be there. Grateful for their stream.  Looks like the first clear sunny day is going to be Sunday.

John was a close friend of mine, thanks for the picture.

This is a lovely thread. Thanks, all.

Evacuation order currently for Town Park and environs due to lightning. Bummer. Where are thousands of people supposed to go in a small town?

Stay safe, I hope the weather improves soon!

We evacuated the festival grounds to our camp site in town park. There were still many folks on the grounds under their EZY-ups, not sure if they were allowed to remain.

maybe the most challenging festival I've attended!

we were prepared for the initial snowball attack from our camping neighbors who folded with our counter-attack...
