Thanks for the HTML Editor

I'm liking that we can edit the HTML source for posts, but there seems to be some limitations on what we can do. I tried embedding a YouTube video in a post, and it previewed correctly, but then when I posted, the embed code got stripped out.
Also, apparently we can now edit thread titles during the edit window...

I asked Lava about embedding during the test period - that was when he showed me how to use a picture as a link, so I got the idea that was the closest thing possible.

we decided to use standards
we decided to use standards when we could, so the editor uses html. im glad you like it, mike, and we hope others do as well. i'll tinker with the sanitizing, think we can allow a bit more html then we currently do.
regarding videos: we won't host rich media, there are plenty of other sites for that, but, yes, we may move towards video embeds, no promises, it's been noted. appreciate the good feedback, mike and zooey, and all the others! :)
