We got our son a flying lesson as a surprise for his 17th B Day. Originally scheduled for Sat morning but it rained.

Rescheduled for 6pm Monday. There was apparently an after school bake party for his B Day on Monday. He told his friends that he had to go with his parents to some dumb dinner or something.

Can still here his voice asking " umm ... why are we here? " as we turned into the airport.

 

Ended up being a good experience, but he's never flown again ....
