finally got my staples out of my back and my surgeon hooked me up with a brand new theraputic reclining chair all i had to do was go to the hospital to pick it up - it has heat and massage features built in i.m sitiing in it right now ! it is perfect for my back and Soooooooooooooo Comfortable.

Fusion - in music it's the best. In your back it's a lifelong calamity even after the surgery. My L1 thru L5 is shot but you couldn't pay me enough to go thru that surgery. I'll deal. Glad to hear the anesthesia didn't get ya. Avoid golf, your pogo stick and volleyball for the first couple weeks. That 'walking' advise is good, do it every day,,,, for the rest of your days, it'll be about as much exercise as you can do. You think you smoked weed before,,, you'll be doubling up on that shit.
