Pick up a belt drive turntable and a copy of Revolver on vinyl. Remove the belt and play the album backwards by hand. That's how we used to do it back in the day.

Or reverse the track in a digital audio editor, but that takes all the fun out of it.

I had a little four track recorder where you could play tapes backwards.  Found the secret messages in Stairway to Heaven and other tracks.

"Heeere's to mmyyyyy sweet Satan."  

And speaking of the Beatles, the backwards stuff right after "I'm So Tired" on the White Album does say:   "Paul's dead. Miss him, miss him, miss him."
