Treasure trove amazing resource

Forums:

This new-to-me resource has clickable lists of dates of shows, where they were, and more, which have pictures of tickets and posters, and set lists, links to recordings and more. Pretty comprehensive.

GD, Phil, JGB from 1966 on. Click on date for tickets and passes, click on location for set list, recordings, etc.

Oh wow. Thanks, I haven't seen this site in a while.

So far, I have kept the photographs of my GD/JGB stubs in groups. I have a lot of them, and one at a time would take forever.

VERY COOL!

I'm new to this sort of thing, so this will be a fun thing for me to revisit posters and ticket stubs from the shows that I attended.

Thanks Judit!

Judit, just wondering why you changed the thread title...

I changed the thread title because no one posted any interest overnight and since I thought it was pretty cool, I thought I'd try a different title. I'm trying to get the hang of good titles.

Youre doing fine, judit...

And the link is great, thanks!

psilo is great, I used to use it all the time for making CD covers...

That's called marketing :-)

I am currently enjoying the website Heady Version. It's a site where people vote and comment on the best versions of various dead songs. People can simply vote or they can comment as to why it is the best version.  I'm usually (but not always) familiar with the top shows listed, but it has definitely led me to check out other versions I was not familiar with or to go back and give shows a listen.  Each entry also has a link to the show on archive.  From my phone it pulls it up on vibe vault (which you should already have installed on your phone if you are a good deadhead).  I came across it when I was sending listening suggestions to a friend.

Today I went through my treasure trove of Jerry Garcia & Grateful Dead memorabilia.

Found many playbills for Jerry Garcia Band, Jerry solo, and the Grateful Dead.

I was in search of Jerry Garcia's Eulogy that Robert Hunter wrote in 1995. The one that Ruby mailed with the re-turn of my money order and unused/needed tickets to the fall 1995 Dead tour that was canceled due to Jerry's passing.

The search was fruitful as I needed to organize. (I'll share snap shots). But it broke my heart with all the memories off Jerry.

Does anyone have a copy that Eulogy that GDTS mailed? It was on a 3x7 index card with roses.

psilo has been around awhile

Yep, it's just new to me.
