I can't watch U-tubes at work, but I'm curious what ingredients make that sort of Berger and type of Coals; if it's a propane grill I don't really care.
Here's what I like for Grilling and Smoking -- A + :: Cherry splits, Black Walnut splits, Alder splits, Hickory
B +/- :: Oak, Ash, GrapeVine, Maple
The rest I don't really bother with, but it's better than Kingsford Charcoal briquettes.
A bit of Lilac stalk is a nice Aromatic in any decent Smoke.
