Went to Nevada City on Saturday from Sacramento and it was like flying to Hawaii. Day 24 of grey wet 46 degree weather and in Nevada City it was 73 and sunny and people wearing shorts. Sat outside for lunch. Now we go into 2 weeks of rain. I know I will pay for this complaining when Satan's Anus returns next summer.
I grew up in Fresno. There is nothing funny about that fog. I don't know how I got home some nights. 1-5 foot visibility. Still scary to think back on. I vividly remember one night, driving under 5 miles an hour, "ok the turn must be close to here. Oops, no that is a curb. Back up and go a little farther......"
