TXR in escrow

I know nothing more... 100 Yacht Club Dr. in escrow ...

https://www.hlcre.com/properties-1/propEs1647739793157

That announcement is not really clear, but it looks like they might have gotten their asking price.

just occurred to me that in all the times i have been to that place, i've never been in the upstairs part.

So this business about be car dealership moving in was bogus?

No, the car dealership already exists.

The sale contingency is about the lot line adjustment; which (upon sale) will realign 511 Fransisco Blvd, and effectively give Lexus of Marin ownership of most of what was 100 Yacht Club's parking.

The "new" TXR property will go to deed with about 1/3 of the parking that existed previously.

or am i misreading things?

who wants to go in on buying the neon terrapin crossroads signs under the boat???

I think you should just climb up there one night and remove them JJ.

^^ LOL. I am shocked that they are still there. They would very nicely add to any home bar, patio area, billiards room, hobby shop, etc.

...has the prankster vibe been completely wrung out of Marin County or what?!?

the "caretaker" said it would cost hm $2500 to take them down

thery are pretty big btw

if i had a lot of "spare" money, and a place to put one of them, i might be stupids enough to pursue - i still stop by every time i pass on the way further north ( sentimental old fool wtf)

OK, I get that. I thought they were just sort of left up there and would eventually be scrapped or trashed when the building is likely razed.

he said that he could have them per landlord - but that the boat had to stay

( he rides a Harley....)

so sad - i have visited at least 15 times this year.....

Sure was fun while it lasted.
