Does that mean he also owns all related GDP branding & logos, like the dancing bears, etc?
Just curious. I know the marketing stuff like linked above will just continue to get worse, just wondering if he has a hand in every licensing payout now too.

No. All Grateful Dead "intellectual property" is operated by Rino Entertainment (Warner), an agreement that was approved about ten years ago by all existing members, including Phil, but who still retain creative control/final say over content.
I seriously doubt the Evil Mayer sees a dime from any of that.
But I think that deal with Rino is coming to an end soon, so maybe Mayer will pick that up and everyone can hate him for that too.
