Victory: Senate Republicans Abandon Obamacare Repeal Effort for Now

And thanks Paul, McCain, and Collins, although Paul wouldn't go along because it didn't go far enough and McCain said no probably out of revenge for Trump trashing his service record and mocking him for being a POW.  

As one Dem put it yesterday, "the bill is about as popular as a prolonged root canal surgery."

I have to wonder if Bernie's health care bill really did pull the issue to the left.

I am somewhat worried that Bernie will pull it too far to the left.

Part of the reason this country is fucked is because the left decided Obamacare sucked, so they let the Republicans take over.

(not voting for Democrats is why we have a GOP house, a GOP senate, and a massive majority of GOP Governors and Statehouses.....if your idea of being left means you don;t vote for democrats, well, you are the GOP's dream:  leftists who can be counted on to take votes from Democrats)

I understand Bernie was very good defending the ACA last night in his debate with Cassidy.

ACA is reality, I think it would be really nice if the left would fucking support it instead of joining the GOP in bashing the Obama-Clinton wing of the Democratic party for passing the ACA.

The ACA is a huge improvement over the previous status quo.

Why not support the people who passed it?
