Did you know Vince Guaraldi was good friends (roomates?) with Tom Constanten, frequented Dead Shows, and even appears in the back cover photograph of 'AoxoAmoxoA'?

im no courtney love fan, but it was a pretty cool myth. i wanted it to be real. tbh i still do.

Vince and Jerry had a short lived little electric jazz combo thing in the early 70s.   There is also a story that Vince sat in with the Dead one New Year's show in the late 60s (1968?).   When Bob was asked about it, he said it could have happened but nobody can remember anything about that night except a good time was had by all.
