I did Wanee in 2012, but drove from DE. I don't like long drives so I broke it into 2 days down and 2 days back. I of course was fried coming back. But the fest was killer and it is an awesome locale. If you've never been it's worth the effort.

The one thing missing is no thursday night hot tuna on the mushroom stage while on mushrooms. Always my favorite part, laid back on cruise control with jorma driving the bus, and the small crowd is always in the pocket, underneath them majestic oaks, enjoying the ride with smiles all around.

 

The rest is just gravy. Hell, I don't even like festivals, but the woods, atmosphere  with friends is a good time
