"It is designed as a ready reference for law enforcement personnel who are confronted by many of the hundreds of slang terms used to identify a wide variety of controlled substances, designer drugs, and synthetic compounds," the DEA writes...

Answers per Washingto Post article: 1. Wacky Tobacky is indeed slang for marijuana. 2. According to the DEA the Devil's Dandruff is cocaine. 3. It's fentanyl, actually, likely an oblique reference to the fact that much of the fentanyl consumed illicitly in the U.S. is imported from China. 4.Likely a reference to that LSD doses are typically delivered on perforated sheets of blotter paper. 5.This is crack, or the crystallized version of cocaine. 6.According to the DEA this refers to Ritalin, the stimulant sometimes prescribed to treat ADHD. 7.This is a popular strain of marijuana that's available commercially in some places where it's legal. 8.The DEA says this refers to MDMA, or ecstasy, dissolved in some type of liquid. 9.It's actually mescaline, a psychedelic derived from a number of species of cactus. 10. This is apparently slang for marijuana.
