"Get over it."

I guess honesty doesn't get you far in this White House, unless you consider special envoy to Northern Ireland a career advancement.

Yes Ken, first thing I thought of when I heard about that was Capt. Stillman getting sent to the Arctic Circle in Stripes...

I didn't realize just how many treasonous assholes we had in our government until Trump took over.

Right after treasonous asshole C leaves, treasonous asshole D is ready to step up, followed by E after D does something to piss off the supreme idiot in charge. If this was a movie I wouldn't have believed it, Too far-fetched.

The depths that the GOP has taken our country is staggering,

Telling it like it is.

>>>>>how many treasonous assholes we had in our government until Trump took over.

Trump hired most of them.

"I didn't realize just how many treasonous assholes we had in our government.."

You mean like Brennan, Comey, McCabe, and Clapper?  Most people would think that utilizing the power of the federal government to disrupt an opposition candidate (let's not even get into paying the Russians for opposition research) and then trying to  overturn the results of an election would constitute treason.

Is being clueless a prerequisite of being a leftist or is it something you folks work at?  It's obvious that you can't deal with reality but I can never quite tell if it's a natural condition or an aquired state of mind.

>>>>>trying to  overturn the results of an election would constitute treason.

Isn't that what impeachment is for?

I think it's in the Constitution.

It's obvious that you can't deal with reality>>>

I'm living in the worst country in  modern times.

Saudi Arabians attack the United States financed by Saudi Arabian oil $$, but since the attackers didn't live within Saudi Arabia, the entire region has to be destroyed?

Except Saudi Arabia.

And now a "Peace Treaty" with terrorists in Afghanistan.

The United States of America was a good idea, and it worked for a while, then the chance to make up atomic threats and slaughter for $$$ was just too good to pass up.

Reality??

Any one of us could be next. Picking out fruit at the supermarket, then dead from a bullet to the temple by a gun nut Republican.

Better than a slow, painful death of cancer from the air, food and water poisoned by Republicans?

>>>>You mean like Brennan, Comey, McCabe, and Clapper?

no I don't mean them Thom, you fucking communist sympathizer.

Thom and "Bryen" sure "think" alike.

It's kind of like observing a social experiment in slow motion, watching people gradually realize they were duped into believing the Russia scam, then go to great lengths to avoid admitting it...simply fascinating from an anthropological perspective.

>>>>You mean like Brennan, Comey, McCabe, and Clapper?

no I don't mean them Thom, you fucking communist sympathizer<<<

actually, being communist sympathizer would be a step up from being a shill for an effort by organized crime to hijack the world's oldest Republic

thom + bryen - im not super interested in the whole impeachment thing, am not convinced by russiagate, honestly dont care about donald trumps big bad no-no phone call.

but i hear the argument being made from time to time amongst anti impeachment/pro trump camps that the impeachment process is, as thom said, "trying to  overturn the results of an election would constitute treason".

could you guys elaborate on this? i thought the very constitutional purpose of impeachment was to overturn the results of an election in the case of criminal misconduct. are you saying its wrong because you dont beleive trump did anything wrong, or do you disagree with the entire institution of impeachment, or something else?

I gotta say: I imagine that there are many worse assignments than "special envoy to Northern Ireland."

Is he still in charge of OMB?

Does Thom think Bryen is weird?

Does Bryen think Thom is weird?

They don't interact. Same favorite team and philosophy currently running things and neither wants to high five the other.

There are undoubtedly those reading these words that have yet to realize they were unsuspecting targets for an unprecedented brainwashing operation of the corporate media and elements of the prior administration, heretofore referred to as the "Russia Scam", some of the best and brightest otherwise fully functional professional adults were fooled by the likes of Rachael Maddow & Jake Tapper, who bastardized the common man's trust in media, and nearly brought down a presidency.

With each passing day you'll experience a gradual transformation towards realizing the corporate media in this country has been weaponized...these entities are enemies of the republic.

     Much love!

You speak to everyone else by name but have never acknowledged Thom's existence when it supposedly backs up your narratives.

'The Marsh Chapel Experiment, also called the "Good Friday Experiment," was a 1962 experiment conducted on Good Friday at Boston University's Marsh Chapel. Walter N. Pahnke, a graduate student in theology at Harvard Divinity School, designed the experiment under the supervision of Timothy Leary and the Harvard Psilocybin Project. Pahnke's experiment investigated whether psilocybin (the active principle in psilocybin mushrooms) would act as a reliable enthomeogen in religiously predisposed subjects.'

After having been administered the niacin placebo or psilocybin, the test subjects attended this beautiful and rather strange sermon by Rev. Howard Thurman.

The reverend is a historic figure in his own right. He was the first black man to become the Dean of Chapel at a predominantly white university; he conversed personally with Gandhi, who encouraged his Civil Rights efforts; and he mentored Martin Luther King, Jr., who was deeply influenced by his book Jesus and the Disinherited.

This recording is available on the MAPS website, but I wanted to make it more accessible for those interested. Also, I cleaned up a few spots that were glitchy. I'm interested in recreating this experiment on my own, listening to this sermon while on psychedelics.

Please support MAPS by spreading their media and giving financially when able. If you're interested in learning more about the experiment, check out the links below.
