This afternoon I was pricing out a pile of random VHS tapes, and I came across a title in the Pokemon series called Jigglypuff Pop. I wasn't terribly surprised given the current VHS trend amongst the youth, that a used copy of this title in nice condition was worth about $8-10 on the current market. Unfortuately, on closer inspection, I realized there was a different title in the Pokemon series inside the case, a movie called Pokemon: Psychic Surprise. This made me wonder if they had made a Pokemon movie where Pikachu and all his (?) friends get dosed and have fun times and antics, because even though I have never watched any Pokemon movies in my life, I would probably watch that one.

My son was really into
My son was really into Pokemon and those other related weird Japanese anime manga card game stuff. I once had to sit through a three-hour Digimon movie and at the end of it, still didn't know what the hell a Digimon was. Maybe if I had dropped acid, it would have made more sense.
