Drove 4 hours to see them, 2
Drove 4 hours to see them, 2 shows @ the Spectrum, crashing at my parent's house. I get there, & my mother tells me the shows are not happening. Probably loved telling me that the freaks that stole her son are not coming to town.
Then the reschedules in January are not consecutive dates, 1/5 & 1/12. Blasted with snow, very slow going getting to the show on the 12th. Dropped GDTRFB from the rotation after the 12th until April '80 for some reason.

Was there. After they kicked us out of the arena I remember a downtown full of surprised heads gathered around one of the big XMas trees all lit up (the tree and the crowd).
Luckily I think we were staying in nearby Meridan.
