I'll meet you on the dark side of the moon at 12 LST...

Such an interesting and strange thing... time? On the Moon? Huh?

That's just lunacy.

Kind of like the necessity for standardized time to facilitate rail travel and cut down on crashes.

What an interesting article. Really gets me wondering if time is a manmade concept just as money is, or is time a little more rooted in universal reality so to speak.

Time is part of time-space, which IS universal reality. This enables us, in theory, to precisely locate any non-quantum particle or particles in time and space.

The human feeling of time passing is due to the universe tending towards a state of lower energy - we are experiencing the increase of entropy.

Putting numbers to time is a human invention, of course. It enables us to synchronize our activities.

Cool article. Thanks.  "Space Official" would be a great job title. Speaking of time,  DSOTM was released  3/1/73.
