When you start losing the country stars

I like it.

others have also had backlash such as Tyler Childers.

Funny when people actually listen to the lyrics...drive by truckers, almost any Punk...hip hop...

uh hello....

Just wanted to add the obligatory

"That shit ain't country!"

in my most redneckest voice

If we play it backwards can we get our country back?

That is some real courage of conviction.

There is certain to be serious backlash to that, some might call it career suicide for someone who exists so deeply in the Chevy truck and mom's apple pie southern 'Merica world of mainstream country music. I can only imagine what his record company and management think about it.

It's one thing for a fading star like Kid Rock or Ted Nugent or established major stars like Beyoncé or Neil Young to have a severe public opinion, especially when their views are already well known, but for a young, major & still rising country star like Zack Bryan to take a clear public stand KNOWING it's going to be seriously unpopular (to say the least) with the core of his fan base is pretty damn impressive.

His road ahead is about to get bumpy, as the MAGA hate machine is going to turn on him hard.

I've seen him a couple of times and can't say I was ever a fan, but I can say it now.

Middle finger's rising

I have nothing but praise and respect for this song.

Honestly thought this was about light pollution from nearby city lights.

We need more Sturgill moments like this. Good on Zach Bryan.

"He's still a basic ass chud!"
