Where's Trump

USA USA USA!!!!

indictment hoax #3!

dark brandon strikes again

American Dad never misses

It's time to play Guess the Co-Conspirators:

The Defendant's Conspirators

8. The Defendant enlisted co-conspirators to assist him in his criminal efforts to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 presidential election and retain power. Among these were:

a. Co- Conspirator 1, an attorney who was willing to spread knowingly false claims and pursue strategies that the Defendant's 2020 re- election campaign attorneys would not.

b . Co- Conspirator2 , an attorney who devised and attempted to implement a strategy to leverage the Vice President's ceremonial role overseeing the certification proceeding to obstruct the certification of the presidential election.

c . Co- Conspirator 3, an attorney whose unfounded claims of election fraud the Defendant privately acknowledged to others sounded crazy. Nonetheless, the Defendant embraced  and publicly  amplified Co- Conspirator 3's disinformation.

d . Co- Conspirator 4 , a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters and who, with the Defendant, attempted to use the Justice Department to open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud.

e . Co- Conspirator 5, an attorney who assisted in devising and attempting to implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.

f . Co- Conspirator 6, a political consultant who helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.

Lock him up!

Happy birthday Jerry!

"The Shallow State"

LOCK HIM UP

"They say nobody has been indicted more than me.  It's truly amazing."

In case someone tells you Judge Chutkan who was nominated by Obama can't be impartial please remind them she was confirmed by the Senate 95-0.

Or just lob Aileen Cannon back at them.

>>>They say nobody has been indicted more than me. It's truly amazing.

I'm Rick James, b***h!

Co- Conspirator 1: "We don't have the evidence, but we have lots of theories."

Well it will be Rudy. From America's Mayor to indicted for trying to overturn an election. Always interesting to see people willing throwing their reputation into a dumpster fire.

The Kraken will also be indicted along with Eastman

...law & order, justice, and all of that ongoing GQP hypocrisy

MAGAdeth would be a good name for a Thrash Metal band of Social Justice Warriors.

Co-conspirators...

Giuliani, Eastman, Powell, Clark, Chesebro, but who is the political consultant?

Stone? Bannon? Romney-McDaniel? Thomas?

Will we find out before Nov 2024? Doubtful.

it's truly amazing. he literally could shoot someone in the face and they would not care.

> Stone? Bannon? Romney-McDaniel? Thomas?

Romney-McDaniel is mentioned in the indictment (¶ 56: "On December 6, the Defendant and Co-Conspirator 2 called the Chairwoman of the Republican National Committee to ensure that the plan was in motion"), but I would say she's a political operative, more than a consultant, and the same goes for Ginni Thomas too. Also, Romney-McDaniel seems more like an unwitting dupe in the fraudulent slates of presidential electors scheme: "Co-Conspirator 2 told the Chairwoman that it was important for the RNC to help the Defendant's Campaign gather electors in targeted states, and falsely represented to her that such electors votes would be used only if ongoing litigation in one of the states changed the results in the Defendant's favor."

As for Stone and Bannon, Stone was on the ground at the Capitol on January 6th, and Bannon was in the War Room at the Willard Hotel with Giuliani and others, but I don't recall them having a role in the fraudulent slates of presidential electors scheme.

The Biden crime family

Obamagate!

Slack, all that goal post moving must be making you tired.

>Romney-McDaniel... Ginni Thomas ... Stone and Bannon<

Jason Miller? Steven Miller? Flynn?

I know we have become numb to all the indictments but this indictment is the only one that really matters. This is the fork in the road. Do we continue as a democracy or do we change into something more like Russia, Thailand, or Venezuela. The system can’t continue if one side decides that elections only count if they win.

It’s 2023 and if you are still a Republican you are a Trump Republican. We’ll see how the next few months go, but if the Republican party doesn’t accept a guilty verdict in this trial, then we are no longer discussing political differences that play out within the framework of our Constitution. The conversation changes to transfer of power decided by the people or transfer of power decided by who can exert the most force.

We’ll see if the non Fox media starts framing it this way. They haven’t so far. They have mostly framed everything as a normal American political debate where both sides have legitimate disagreements. If you think this indictment is a witch hunt you are no different than a holocaust denier and should be treated the same way.

Slacker has been quite consistent in his assertion that Donald trump will never spend a single day in jail (the stationary goalpost)

yeah, it's an irritating thought, but that's also kind of the point of it

and so far he's been correct

Slack also stated Trump would never be indicted.

Bss, if convicted,  i doubt Trump will spend time in prison. Too complicated. Does he retain secret service protection? Could not be in general population. Could he be confined on  military base? Plus there is the issue of the top secret info he still remembers.

...he's a national security risk.

He won't ever reach 100 indictments. That's probably the threshold they're trying to avoid.

More coming on the state level, Slack.

Presidents no longer have to abide by the law because they're going to get special privilege but keep pretending that that isn't the case and keep watching the people in power fail to do better.

Buy the power. Take the ride.

>>>>i doubt Trump will spend time in prison.

Completely agree with that. Put a bracelet on him and stick him in a two bedroom, ground floor condo in Boca without access to any electronic communication devices. They can install a prison pay phone in the place and he can make collect calls. His Secret Service detail can stand outside the door and make sure he is safe and doesn't leave.

Ship him to Cuba and tell him Guantanamo is his new Mar-a-Lago.

There you go again, Slack. Heave-ho, lift them goal posts.

Jack Smith will go down as the tom Brady of trump prosecutors.

10 out of 10

Trump isn't going to jail is moving goal posts.

dozens of crimes and is still tied in the polls w/ old joe.

Back when America was great these new charges would have gotten you a date with a firing squad.

Slack, you have made various statements  regarding  Trump never facing any accountability for his crimes. I really don't care to search for each individual statement, but among them was your insistence that he would never be indicted.

As far as Trump not spending time in prison... it's not really a bold prediction. But go ahead and pat yourself on the back.

Jack Smith will go down as the "General Grant" of trump prosecutors. <<<<

^ "fixed"

Have fun never criticizing your teams.

Only play the tired old stars. They're perfect enough.

If these indictments are truly political hit jobs, then trump's legal strategy should be very simple and straightforward

refuse to recognize them

and also don't abide any kangaroo court hearings

^^My team? Damn you're a clown. I don't have a team. I don't choose the players, and they're not perfect. But one would have to be an idiot to not understand the vast differences between the parties.

I think more people would be interested in knowing if cheeto's really seen Melania naked outside of magazines;  seems highly improbable.

The american public has some long standing questions and would appreciate some answers.

>I think more people would be interested in knowing if cheeto's...<

And that's part of the problem the country is facing.

>> if these indictments are truly political hit jobs...<<

That would definitely raise the stakes

>>>>this indictment is the only one that really matters

Is it?  I like the Georgia one as they will finger print and mug shot him like anyone else.

Also know the judge.  Great guy.

But alas he will not spend a day in jail.   And with a third party nominee likely pulling Biden votes, I can't say I'm feeling good about the election right now.

> I like the Georgia one as they will finger print and mug shot him like anyone else.

Also, if they get a conviction in Georgia, he can't pardon himself for it.

Why would he need to pardon himself if he isn't ever going to jail and can keep running for president?

I'm cautiously optimistic about the election. Since the Roe decision Democrats have outperformed every poll and the Republicans are going to shut down the government in an attempt to get more federal abortions restrictions because most of them only have to worry about running against other Republicans in the primary.

As for 3rd parties yeah maybe, but I think a lot of people who used to vote 3rd party did so at a time when there was much less distinction between the parties so they didn't see it as a risk. Now we have clear differences on abortion, guns, climate, gay rights, taxing the rich, Ukraine, and democracy.

Finally the demographic shifts are just not in their favor. For every Republican that dies there are two to three Democratic voters who become eligible to vote, and one more Covid variant could accelerate that even more.

> Why would he need to pardon himself if he isn't ever going to jail

I don't accept it as a foregone conclusion that Trump won't do some time in jail.

did they ever get hunter's laptop? they were very concerned about it. maybe its a lenovo.

I'm fine with Drumpf's arteries spoiling all those prosecutors' plans.

May the Colonel, the Clown and the King show him no mercy.

Epshteyn?  Navarro?

Any day now.....

What ever happened to our man with all the answers?

POTUS can only pardon Federal crimes.

Hard to imagine even the present SCOTUS supporting presidential self-pardon, but we'll see.

> Epshteyn?

It's looking like Epshteyn is Co-Conspirator 6.

Messages Point to Identity of Co-Conspirator 6 in Trump Indictment

An email sent by Boris Epshteyn, an adviser to the Trump campaign, matches the description of an email that the indictment attributed to one of six unnamed co-conspirators.

https://www.nytimes.com/2023/08/02/us/politics/boris-epshteyn-co-conspir...

as high as we have all collectively been throughout our lifetimes, it's truly hard to believe that this shit isn't fantasy. it's actually playing out "in real time". Or at least i believe it is.

almost never nonapplicable...

When you're born, you get a ticket to the freak show. When you're born in america, you get a front row seat.

- St. George

Noodler's Team Orange meme reminds me that Lindsey Graham had a piece of the Georgia pressure campaign, so there's a good chance he's looking at an indictment too. Since he already flip-flopped once before on the subject of Trump, I'd say there's a good chance he'll cooperate with the prosecutors there.

Where is Mark Meadows?

^he was recently spotted leaving the dc courthouse. When asked why he was there, he responded that he doesn't comment on anything Jan 6th related

He must have spilled the beans to stay off the Conspirator list.

I think meadows received immunity from the doj in exchange for the goods

remember sammy the bull?

He's sammy the bull

^Sammy the bull was a scary motherfucker.

Meadows is a scared motherfucker.

I was talking to someone I know who lives in Takoma Park MD and was asking her if she was worried about being called for jury duty, and she told me the DC Circuit Court only pulls jurors from DC. How the fuck are you not constantly on a jury with a population of 643,301

I see OJ and he a looking mighty scared

> Meadows is a scared motherfucker.

I'm sure (I hope) that prison rape weighs heavily on his mind.

^^^^^I see OJ and he a looking mighty scared^^^

"Peter, by the way, just for the record, this is Al Michaels. That was a totally farcical call."

He said he had a hard line stance against China, and then they granted his family a bunch of patents in China, and the art of the deal and screwing over America was back on, just like his tax dodging tactics, and stealing money from his charitable fund. He seriously buried his ex wife on a golf course for a tax deduction.

He railed against the Deep State, turns out he led the Deep State

He was going to drain the swamp, turns out his after hours shenanigans at his hotel in Washington made the Everglades look like a mud puddle

just think how pissed he is at Kushner and his huge deal with the Saudi's, I am pretty sure Kushner is every bit the weasel Trump is and cut him out of the deal.

So 70% of Republicans say they still support Trump and will vote for him and 50% of Republicans say they won't vote for a convicted felon. Their news bubble is very strong. All they hear is that this is all made up so of course he won't be convicted.

I think of this Hunter S Thompson quote and I'm cautiously optimistic that it applies to the Republican extremism we are seeing today. Hopefully we wont need a MAGA serial killer like Manson or some equally horrific violent act to really put an end to it.

"There was madness in any direction, at any hour. If not across the Bay, then up the Golden Gate or down 101 to Los Altos or La Honda. . . . You could strike sparks anywhere. There was a fantastic universal sense that whatever we were doing was right, that we were winning. . .

And that, I think, was the handle—that sense of inevitable victory over the forces of Old and Evil. Not in any mean or military sense; we didn’t need that. Our energy would simply prevail. There was no point in fighting—on our side or theirs. We had all the momentum; we were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave. . . .

So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look West, and with the right kind of eyes you can almost see the high-water mark—that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back."

Hunter S Thompson

[ ]% of elderly respondents reached on a land line at dinner time . . .

Factor that in if you're giving any credence to polls.

It's been truly interesting since '16 to see just how much evangelicals will look past just to vote for a pro-fetus orangutan with his purchased wife No. 2.

I think the one thing that will take him down is multiple celebrities larger than Trump ridiculing him in Public.
