Whole Foods got musked

Consumer facing Amazon has gone from a company you want to do business with to a company that you can't wait for whatever alternative eventually comes up. Not sure what can be done about that trajectory, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the company that sells enterprise cloud video transcoding, runs the Washington Post, produces movies, and builds my wifi mesh system really isn't interested in providing a quality grocery shopping experience. 

I just heard that private equity money is pouring into addiction services and mental health services which means they are the next ones to go. We are going to have to come up with a word for these acquisitions that ruin a previously well run business. Maybe we can start saying that company got musked. Whole Foods got musked.
