I edited Dog the Bounty Hunter's profile and one of his sons to proclaim they were both huge fans of the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia. It stayed up for a little while.
Of course he's a self-promoter, he works in the promotion business, and he's a massively successful independent competing against billion dollar international corporations.
If he wasn't such a good self-promoter he'd be just another faceless middle aged civilian posting on message boards whining about Live Nation, AEG & Ticketmaster, and forced to travel to the Bay Area if he wanted to see Phil Lesh.

In all of this promotion and the name of the almighty dollar. Hopefully, he's doing something besides counting his spare change. One of the things that bothers me having worked in the business is the incredible amount of waste and the use of plastic and so on and so forth. Not quite articulating my thoughts succinctly here but you get the drift. I remember being in the Florida Keys a few years ago and turning on CNBC to see what the market was doing and none other than an interview with Shapiro.

I wouldn't for similar reasons that I'm not a fan of the injection of commercial interests into Wikipedia ... it's a cool enough thing to try and not diminish intentionally.
