>>surfed 3 hrs. torched

I drove around all the beaches of the south shore of Long Island from Friday night until Sunday night doing bong hits out of a new thick dark colored round bottom bong. Dirt weed.

The police stopped me 3 times a day across three precincts.

I try and look nice but I had been homeless, cold & unshaven.

So Thursday in the spirit of trying to relax I wore sweats. Almost lost my wallet, keys, phone & all day / night long.

I am back & shit...

Peace Folks ~

Squirrels like bread and cats now like me a lot, which is awkward, since  birds sing & gather around me in mass

Where is your pain?

Gout would be in the joints (drink piles of water, eliminate processed meats like hot dogs / salami / bacon,  dairy ok).

Mid Back off-center kidney stones (and that pain can work it's way to the bladder, drink lots of water to flush them out)

Right upper quadrant pain often gallstones

Right lower abdomen pain could be the appendix

Left lower abdomen pain often diverticulosis / diverticulitis

There's also ovarian cysts, ulcers, hernia, etc, for common maladies...

Shoulders been killing me lately.  I’ve just been pushing though it for a few weeks.  Finally broke down and took a couple Advil this morning.

Boo on the advil, Timmy.   CBD is a far superior anti-inflammatory.   And much healthier for you.  Ibuprofen bad.

Yeah, I never use Advil.  It’s been years but I was going climbing this morning and CBD seems like a long term solution more than the quick fix I was looking for.

Appreciate the heads up though.  I think the wife might have a bottle of CBD oil.  I’ll try it out.

It Is Not Gout - It Is from Chronic Back Problems / Surgery and Nerve Damage In Both My Legs.

I just came back from the drug store and grabbed a bottle myself, in case the CBD weeds does not work tonight.

>>>>CBD is a far superior anti-inflammatory

CBD is available in every other shop around here

I don't trust the way its marketed. I'm interested, in it's positive uses

but how do you vet the different oils

THC embedded Chocolate Edibles are as good as it can get for warming up the joints and muscles

I was just reminded of that.

The stuff melts, so its been regulated to a winter yearning

Its drops its toxicity levels when its refrigerated.

Storage in a draw wrapped up is fine.

We still do not fully understand the medicinal properties of chocolates, if any- so its a good time to jam some pots in there now ~

Just ordered a bar of Aztec spice...

Having neck surgery Monday morning, I've had a pinched nerve in my neck for the past 2 months that will not let up. Pain running down my right arm, my right pointer finger is

constantly numb. After 6 weeks of PT, it's time for the surgery, I honestly can't wait. Cannot get comfortable when trying to sleep or sit, probably getting 5 hours of sleep

each night at best. I wouldn't wish this on anybody.

The surgeon is removing 2 neck bones and replacing them with cadaver bones, these will be held in by a titanium plate. How cool is that!

Degenerative disc disease is what I have. Diagnosed with it when I was 20. Some days are better than others. I get pinched sciatica nerve and my entire right side goes numb and if I do not pay attention I don't know I am putting weight on my leg and I will collapse. The pinched nerve as lasted as long as a year but usually only a week or two at a time. Its fuckin weird.

Over the years I have taken enough pills to fill a semi truck, fun when your 20-30. Not so fun after that and then gets to a point I refused any pills. I have done massages, acupuncture, physical therapy, weight lifting and strength building and every heating and cooling pad ever invented, cortisone shots and inversion tables, BUT NEVER SURGURY.

I have met so many people that had back surgery and they are 10x worse than when they started.

Now after all these years I have found, make and enjoy edibles. The last 2 years is the best sleep I have ever had and it relaxes and relieves the pain and numbness I have had for 30+ years.

Reefer is good.

I had an L4L5S1 fusion a few years back. Zero regrets, Jerry H.

Zero pain running down my leg or foot now from the disk degeneration.  I have more pressure on my L3 disk now and I can feel it. I just deal with it and it is doable.

Good luck.

also had the l5s1 fusion a few years back and helped immensely with the level of pain.

i've also tried just about everything under the sun and spend time each day stretching on a reformer (pilates machine), hot yoga couple times of week, and an awesome physical therapist who provides deep tissue work on unhappy parts of the body.  {{{stand-up desk}}}

anyone try "radiofrequency ablation" (RFA) for back and/or neck pain?  It is an outpatient procedure where they zap/kill your nerve endings.  Takes a couple weeks to feel the effects but overall great for zapping either localized or referred pain at one point.  Unfortunately the nerve endings sometimes grow back so you might have to redo the procedure.  RFA really has worked well for my arthritic neck and damaged cervical disks.

Still carry some guilt about griping about my 'pain' vs. someone who complains that has a perishable disease (e.g., cancer).

My state's mmj will start in a couple of months, Plf. It was going to be high cbd with low thc program. No smokables or vape.

Two days ago the pharmaceutical board lifted thc limits.

Any magic ratios of cbd/thc recomendations for chronic pain at the surgery site. I still hurt but not near as bad fourish years after my fusions.

Edibles,  tincture,  topicals and the sort.
