Brendan Payne

Hey everyone I just thought I should post this on here. This is Brendan’s son Gavin, Brendan unfortunately passed away in his sleep last night. I figured I should post on here to let everybody know instead of individually messaging people or not telling anyone so nobody keeps messaging him. If anyone needs anything they can text me at 224-318-5895

The worst part about getting old - people keep disappearing.

RIP Big B.

hell of a guy.

rest easy brother.

((((BIG B))))

RIP Big B. Sleep in the stars.

I am sitting here crying my eyes out over his son's post !  So very sad, he was a wonderful  friend, we have been talking to him about coming out to see Panic this month and hosting him here in S Jersey. B always made me laugh and had the best smile, Bob always liked him and kept in touch more that I, but we texted about his family and how he was doing.

Just devastating and sending out blessings to his family and friends .

Broken Chain

Little I knew that morning.

God was going to call your name.

In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you.

You did not go alone, for part of me went with you, the day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories.

Your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, you are always by our side.

Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same.

But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Brendan was larger than life, and you definitely knew when he was in the room. When I first started posting on the OG Philzone, I was in way over my head. My skin was thin, and I made a lot of nemesis on there.  He was one of them. But as in all things in this life, 3D has a way of changing things.  We hung out at a Phil show at the Crystal ballroom in Portland, and later that night as well.  It was as if all of the things we hated about each other, melted away, and realized that we had more in common than we thought. We hung out many more times after that at shows. He would still bust my chops, but I knew this time it was out of love. We kept in touch long after the Philzone shut down.  No, we did not talk every day… But we would message each other quite a bit and it was always fun. He was the ultimate ball buster. And I grew to love that about him. I will miss him. And my heart goes out to his children.

If there is a baseball field somewhere out there where you are, I hope you're running on it, getting chased by the security guards. Giving everybody a laugh. (Wish I had that YouTube link)

Rest easy, Big B

I was just this week thinking about him and wondering what shennanigans he was up to these days. RIP big B

RIP Big B

So sorry to hear the news.   Love to his family and friends

When it's my time, I think I'd like it to be in my sleep. Our tribe keeps dwindling. "See here how everything leads up to this day." Time is fleeting and life is too short. Tell someone that you love them today. Hug someone today. Play some Phil or Dead today.
RIP BIG B
