Zoner Retirement Village

Is that still happening?

Virtual, frame of mind type concept.

Much like the New Republic of West Florida.

The sign goes up on the day Orange Shitstain is sworn in.

Hi, Aiq. Bummer...

I had this ideas years ago!  It's easy to come up with the vision, but who's got the cred to be the master planner/ developer?

On Bainbridge Island (lived there for 10 years) a master planner I worked with at the enviro school project had created his own community by collaborating with neighboring property owners.. they built small homes and in the center built the lounge / commercial kitchen/ sauna / wellness space structure for sharing.

Island Wood?   Just spent some time there.

Really?! That's awesome!  Overnight workshop or day activity?

I was part of the launch team during the 5-yr design /build phase.

I mean I will give peglet the original props for this

Llollo you'd be the one to make it happen though!!

I'm packed when you're ready

Floopie I would call roommate with you except for the whole tobacco thing lolol

I think it would be great. If it happens, I'll help.

Oooo. Jillsy... I can't quit! I'm trying.

Yes.   Was there in September for three days, two nights for a work retreat.  Good food and a nice place.  Wish I had had more time to explore but we had a jammed schedule.  One of my partners is a well know Architect on Bainbridge - you may or may not know him.   He's the one that brought us out there.   Seems like a great place to live.

Has to be in some place in one of them uneducated southern states like Mississippi or Alabama, where the local law enforcement would be 30 years behind the big city

On deadnetcentral about 20+ years ago, there was a perpetual thread that was titled something like the Sunny Hills Retirement Home, and the regulars there referred to themselves as the Merry Cranksters. I'm not exactly sure about the Sunny Hills bit, but Dice could probably shed some light on that.

I have a question about the Kool-Aid being served here?

Anybody?

I say we pool our Resources and open a Chain Of Tie Dye Roofed Retirement Villages across The Land...We got the Demogrphics going for us...   enlightened

is that aya?

^Yes it is. Fresh, pure Peruvian Aya  made by a 7th gen Shipibo masterheart   You can see the Mango tree in the reflection.

Concentration Moon, over the camp in the valley?

Just for the record.   I'm down for this to happen.

So much down

OK. The two lots to the side of me and the lot across the street are all vacant and empty. We could buy them, at a very reasonable cost, and put up temp housing till we can start construction on "The Zoney Acres" .  Would be a blast.

Paging Noodler's mining claims, LOL

I have family friends who might want to sell some land near NW coast of Costa Rica!

Might as well deport ourselves for Trump 2.0

As promising as Costa Rica sounds, I'm afraid we won't even be able to leave the country

Mark, I think you should look into the costs of purchasing
