Zang, it is starting to look like this was an FBI sting to take down Coach Pimp Pitino. 

 

I cannot believe that when the story broke there were 100,000 dollars cash money being passed around to players, coaches and AAU reps from the likes of Nike, Addidas and etc. and all we have to show for it is Pitino is fired

 

What did UL do to Trump to deserve this selective punishment?

It does seem to be focused all on him (perhaps because of his fame if you can call it that).  I'm still waiting to see how the lawsuit against UL by Pitino plays out.  That's a bold move.  

I talked to a local die hard fan over Thanksgiving and I asked his take and he said he had no doubts Pitino was guilty.  Said Bowen's family stayed at a nicer hotel in Louisville for a month and it was all over the local paper.    

I'm fine with Pitino being fired.   I'd be happy if they went ahead and fired Petrino too and cleaned out the scum from the school.  It sounds like we will be losing our national title.   That's the part I hate, the kids they worked for it.  The kids this year have been through shit ton of hell for nothing they did.   

There was an article a few years ago about Pitino bitching about how he was losing top recruits to Nike schools.   I have to think something happened at that time where Pitino must have threatened to leave Adidas because he couldn't get recruits and Adidas paid him off.       

The funny thing is he is a good coach.   I don't think there is coach in the nation who can do more with less.    But the pressure of Calipari I think became too great.    

It is great to hear that UK fans are starting to rumble about coach Cal 's team not producing. The guy has more talent than Saban has at bama, and he blows it years after year. I really enjoy hating the coach, team, and school. One of the biggest cheating schools in the history of cheating, and in union with one of the biggest cheaters in the history of ncaa b-ball. At least Pimptino can win titles with talent.

It's impressive.   He's basically a used cars salesman but he's dam good at it.    I have to wonder if the fact that Pitino is gone has lessened his drive at all.  That's really what drove him....to be better than Pitino.   

OSU vs PSU basketball game last night was one of the craziest endings you'll see this year.
