Here we see Denver & Rio Grande Western No. 345 ~ Baldwin 1881 ~ C-19 2-8-0 Consolidation as it moves cars from the "Silverton" train and "San Juan" train on a balloon track (reverse loop) in Durango, Colorado
No. 345 was wrecked on July 17th 1951 and scrapped on September 15th 1951.

My friend Russ's annual truck lighting. He showed up at my house tonight in his 63 Studebaker - it's lit and beautiful. It has a truly big sound system and a throaty engine. It's wonderful, and this year I was able to get my son and his family here for it. We and some of my neighbors were all exhilarated.
From video of tonight. The lights on the moving wheels are great and there are a lot more colors where it looks green.
most honest holiday card I've ever received from some dear friends who are new parents and, try as they might, couldn't get a smile, so they just went with it....lol
