It appears tickets for the Love Earth Tour will go on presale on Wed Feb 14 at 10 am PT on NYA.

cal coast is a pretty nice venue

Crazy Horse? Nils out with Bruce at that time, probably Micah

Hoping for a 2nd tour leg to cover the PNW and Canada.  I love the Earth too, but don't think burning a bunch of fossil fuel to see NY&CH is the way to express that.

I am double bummed that I'm sitting out NOLA Jazzfest now.  The Stones the Horse and hundreds of other high quality acts make that a worthy carbon investment.  If only my knee could handle it.

Why does Neil hate all these people?

Bridgeport on a Saturday. Hell yea. Saddle it up.

Anyone have the AZ presale passcode?

Thanks, probably explains why there's a bunch of seats left in AZ!

I'm hearing there will be a second leg that will hit the Bay Area and PNW. Hoping that's true as I am not driving to San Doego as much as it pains me to miss.....

>>.That didn't work :-(

Sorry - that's just the my state of mind.

Did you try FU##IN' UP

>>>Nils out with Bruce at that time, probably Micah<<<

That could be a dealbreaker for me, because THAT guy is a "dishwasher".

The 2nd guitar role in Crazy Horse is essential to the unique sound of that band, and to my ear Micah was terrible on everything I heard from those LA club shows they played last year, like he had no clue what he was doing.

From the videos I watched it often looked like Neil was trying to lead him/walk him through his parts, so maybe they just didn't rehearse, but as a member of the Willie Nelson Family Band that kid was along for the ride through all the shows where they backed Neil a few years ago, so he should at least know the material.

Then again, Promise of the Real isn't Crazy Horse and maybe he'll find his place after more extensive rehearsal, which is something Neil is usually a stickler for. I was worried about this same thing when they played those theater shows with Nils Lofgren in 2018, but not surprisingly Nils nailed it and the shows were excellent, if a bit short.

I'll be listening to this first group of shows to see if Micah figures it out and I'll be hoping for the best, but if he's anything like the hesitant mess he was in LA I could be skipping any shows in my area.

Still, it's good to see the band hitting the road again. Billy Talbot is hell of a nice guy and can probably use the money, Ralph Molina is one of the most underrated rock drummers ever and when that band hits their sweet spot they're one of the greatest rock 'n roll bands of all time.

>>>I'm hearing there will be a second leg that will hit the Bay Area and PNW<<<

That's almost certain to happen. It's a Live Nation tour and that's often how they do things. I'd be shocked if they don't add a second leg in their sheds in the summer, and very possibly more after that.

BTW...... "It's a Live Nation tour". Is playing for Live Nation better than playing for Pepsi???

I have a deep love for Neil, but he often doesn't quite walk his talk.

Where on The NYA can you buy tix? I am a Rust suscriber but can't find where you buy tickets.

that dishwasher has at least written a song or two.

I'm in for Austin and Dallas!!
Looking forward to a short rusted tour of Texas.

"can't find where you buy tickets"

It was on the TM site earlier, with the code from NYA.

I think the presale is sold out now for SD. Next presale will be Thursday, with public onsale Friday.

I'll be ready Thursday.

Click on "Menu" in the upper left hand corner, then "Tickets" on the left side of the screen. Sign in to get your code.

Has the email went out for tomorrows pre-sale ? Any Passwords out there?

Live Nation code may be ENERGY, but a specific NYCH email has not come to me yet.
Live Nation usually uses the same code for a while.

Now how about the Bay Area and PNW!?!?!?

Patience Paul.....They're coming

Yeah Woz, relax. It's Live Nation, they don't leave pennies in anyone's pockets except their own.

A west coast swing in late July/early August is likely, and I'm guessing Concord Pavilion in the BA.

I went to see Lukas Nelson & POTR last night. Holy shit has that band gotten good. They did a full on 16 minute version of Echoes, Lukas played a solo version of Life on Mars and the rest of the set ripped. Weir even sat in for West LA and NFA! Micah sat in for a grunge number as well. Good times at the Fillmore.

Here is a link to the Thursay version of Echoes:

I have a deep love for Neil, but he often doesn't quite walk his talk.

It was recently pointed out to me that Shell Oil is a major sponsor of Jazz Fest. I wonder if Neil will ask for all their logos to be covered up.......!
