I was lucky to see him four times, once on the Them Or Us tour in 1984 at Merriweather Post Pavilion, and three times on his final tour in 1988, twice at the Warner Theater in Washington D. C. and the final time at Towson State University's fieldhouse outside of Baltimore. Zappa shows were a unique experience with humor, intelligence, artistry, and brilliant playing that made me feel I was in the presence of genius. As The Girl On The Bus says in "Packard Goose", Music is the best!
Much love to the Zappa family, the musicians who shared the stage with him, and to his legacy and those working to preserve it and be inspired by it.
There's still more trouble coming every day. Miss you Frank.

He is sorely missed. I first saw him on 10/30/77, the night before Halloween. Ten minutes into the show, I was hooked for life, his guitar solos were legendary.
